AP Local TV staff arrested for Game Changer Piracy telecast: The latest film starring Global Star Ram Charan, “Game Changer,” directed by maverick filmmaker Shankar, has been in the making for quite some time and finally hit the screens this Sankranti. However, the movie faced significant setbacks due to an extensive negative campaign.
Even before its release, the film’s team faced threats, and on the day of release, the movie fell victim to online piracy, with a high-quality print being circulated widely. Adding to the woes, the film was even broadcast illegally on a local TV channel, causing further damage.
In a shocking incident, it was discovered that “Game Changer” was aired on a local channel in the Kakinada region of Andhra Pradesh. The police have since arrested the culprit, identified as Appalaraju, who was found in Gajuwaka.
After spending hundreds of crores on this film, broadcasting it illegally is a serious offense. It remains to be seen what strict action will be taken against the individual responsible for this act.
