Arrangements for the IPL festivities are in full swing. The players are preparing for the tournament which will start on September 19. With the exception of England and Australian players, almost all foreign players have reached the UAE. Especially in the IPL, the English and Aussie players will continue. A limited-overs series is currently underway between the two teams. As a result, they will be late for the tournament. Players from those countries are not allowed to play in the opening matches.
The respective franchises have made special arrangements to move players from those two countries after the end of the T20 series. Seven franchises for 22 players cost Rs. 1 crore They are renting a chartered flight. They will be flown to the UAE on a special flight as soon as the series ends on the 17th of this month.
As soon as they land at the Emirates, they land directly on the respective teams’ bubble. The teams feel that the players do not need quarantine as they are all secured in England. This will allow them to go straight into the match. None of the Mumbai players have played in the England-Aussies series. With the exception of that team, players from the other seven teams will meet with the respective teams after the series.
