Amigos Review: Story: Siddhu (Kalyan Ram) is a Hyderabad resident with a family who learns of a website where you can meet your twins via a friend. He contacts Manju from Bangalore and Michael from Kolkata, two of his identical twins.
They all get together and have a great time. When one of the doppelgangers is found to be evil, things quickly turn out to be worse than they once appeared to be. This poses a threat to the other two. The rest of the story focuses on the issue the other two are having and how they resolve it.
Plus Points:
Kalyan Ram Performance
Cinematography
Minus Points:
Poor execution of the plot
background music
Weak first half

Performance: With his performance, Kalyan Ram unquestionably stole the show. The actor did a great job bringing out the personalities of his three personas. He paid close attention to each character’s idiosyncrasies.
Despite having little to do on-screen, Ashika Ranganath, who made her telugu film debut with the Amigos movie, looks good on screen.
Both Brahmaji and Saptagiri perform their jobs well. The remaining members of the supporting cast also fare well.
Verdict: The idea that director Rajendra Reddy came up with was intriguing since, unlike many previous films, he decided without having the three main characters be linked to one another.
Songs are not properly positioned in the movie, and the notion was ultimately executed in a mediocre manner. The movie would have been much better if the filmmaker had made his writing sexier and more engaging.
Even the background music falls short, with some of the songs being unimpressive. The film’s outstanding cinematography is evident throughout.
Over Amigos A Subpar Drama/Thriller that had an interesting concept with substandard execution.. The movie had a unique concept and a few moments/twists that were executed well. However, the overall narration is sluggish and does not excite for the most part.
In the second part, Amigos’ entire narrative is revealed. It is ok and keeps you interested till the very end, albeit with little high, making it a good one-time watch this weekend.
