To find out what happens next, whether Alex kills Shankar, and the truth about Shankar’s past, you will need to watch the movie.
Positive Points: Chiranjeevi, Second Half
Negative Points: First Half – BGM – Climax
Technical Aspects: The Vedalam remake had the potential to be a great movie, but Meher Ramesh missed the chance due to not creating an engaging screenplay. However, Chiru’s character was well-designed. The music by Mahati Swara Sagar didn’t make a lasting impression, while the editing by Marthand K Venkatesh could have been improved. On a positive note, the cinematography by Dudley was neat and enhanced the overall viewing experience. The production values of the movie were good.

Analysis: Everyone knows it’s a remake, the expectations are Under control but nothing excites in this film. Megastar Chiranjeevi tried hard to make the one-man show going, but nothing worked. The film tries to cash on Entertainment and emotions, but with poor writing and old ideas make them irritating.
Only few scenes work out in both the halves. Meher Ramesh tried to bring Vintage Chiru but failed. The scenes where Pawan Kalyan references are used, gets loud cheer and that’s it.
First half feels like forever and the latter half was above average with few good comedy scenes and emotions. Tamannaah & Keerthy Suresh plays tailor made roles but impresses with thier presence. There are lot of comedians in the film but thier comedy is decade old and it doesn’t work.
Chiranjeevi’s Bholaa Shankar is an average action drama, but with good performances from Chiranjeevi and Keerthy Suresh. The comedy scenes are enjoyable throughout the movie, but there are some unnecessary scenes and a slow-paced storyline to be aware of. It’s best to keep your expectations in check while watching.
