Hey guys, we all know that Naga Chaitanya Akkineni’s latest flick, Custody, didn’t do so well at the box office. But there were rumors that he was going to star in the Tamil and Telugu remake of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which got mixed reactions from netizens.

However, Naga Chaitanya’s team has denied these reports, stating that they’re completely false. Team confirmed through social media and wrote “The news which is being circulated regarding Chay doing the remake of Bhool Bhulaiya 2 is completely false.”

But wait, there’s more! Producer KE Gnanavel Raja spilled the beans that he has bought the rights to the movie and will be making a South Indian version. He also mentioned that they’ll be tweaking the story a bit to cater to the local audience’s tastes.

When asked about the cast, he said that nothing has been finalized yet and that they’re still in the process of finding the right actors. Shooting is set to begin in July or August, so we’ll have to wait and see who makes the cut.
