Plus Points:
Chaitu’s action is a big plus point for this movie.
Aravinda Swamy’s performance
The background music provided by Ilayaraja is well set
Minus Points:
The movie story seems a bit routine.
There are no mesmerizing songs anywhere in the film.
It’s a bit of a stretch so that it’s easy to guess what happens next.
IMP Points: A good first half followed by a Gripping Second Half keeps us hooked till the end. You can witness the Venkat Prabhu mark fun and writing in few scenes. Naga Chaitanya stuns with his realistic action, emotions and the stunts
llaiyaraaja musical notes and Yuvan Shankar Raja Programming works big time in most of the scenes. But the songs are bad, both composition and choreography. Only Head Up High works. SR Kathiir DOP work stands out. Arvind Swami impresses as Raju with his mark fun. Sampath Raj, Ramki, Priyamani has got important and key roles and they’ve excelled. Krithi Shetty is decent. Vennela Kishore portions with Krithi Shetty are entertaining.
It could’ve been greatest HUNT with few more interesting scenes in both the halves but it’s still entertaining. Whistles for the Single Shot Police Station Fight Scene, Underwater sequence and Train fight scene.
Verdict: Custody seems like a decent movie for those looking for a good weekend movie experience with the family. And although there are no fascinating elements, the movie is okay in terms of story. Naga Chaitanya and Arvind Swami try their level best, but it is the direction and story of Venkat Prabhu that has to be blamed. It must be said that this movie moves slowly with a predictable narration. Please go and watch movie without expectations.
