Actor turned director Vishwak Sen debut directional film, Falaknuma Das fetched good profits from him. He remade the acclaimed Malayalam hit, Angamaly Diaries in Telugu as Falaknuma Das and also producer it. Vishwak cleverly changed the adoption version’s backdrop to Hyderabad, Old City and made a rustic entertainer. Both as an actor and the director Vishwak got a good appreciation for his work.
Now, the latest news is that he has been approached for the lead role in the remake of recent Bollywood hit, Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety. Reportedly, noted producer Suresh Babu had acquired the remake rights of the Hindi version some time ago and he is planning to remake it in Telugu with Vishwak.
In the original version, the film also has a place for another lead hero and we need to see who be the Suresh Productions pick for that role. Moreover, the director for the remake version is also not yet finalized.
