It’s been close to four years since Ravikanth Perepu struck the right chord with his debut directorial ‘Kshanam’. Helmed on a shoe-string budget, the mystery-thriller left an everlasting impression on Telugu viewers owing to its solid script, engaging screenplay and terrific performances by Adivi Sesh and Anasuya Bharadwaj. Earlier this year, Ravikanth Perepu took to his Twitter handle and officially announced that his second film ‘Krishna And His Leela’ is being shot at Ladakh.
Starring ‘Kalki’ fame Siddu Jonnalagadda as Krishna, the film stars Shraddha Srinath, Seerat Kapoor and Shalini Vadnikatti as the leading ladies. A few moments ago, Rana Daggubati who happens to be the presenter of ‘Krishna And His Love’ took to social media and released the first look of the film.
Touted to be a romantic-thriller with the caption “based on true rumours”, the poster features the protagonist romancing three different girls. Jointly bankrolled by Suresh Productions and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, the teaser of the film is expected to be unveiled soon.
While the script work of Krishna And His Leela is done by both Ravikanth Perepu and Siddu, the music is composed by Sricharan Pakala and the cinematography is handled by Shaneil Deo.
