Positive Points: first half – Vijay Performance – part of LCU – well-crafted action blocks – Negitive Points: flashback portions – Old Story Line – Songs
Verdict: In essence, Leo is an action-packed film hinging heavily on Thalapathy Vijay’s performance. While the first half captivates despite a slow pace, the movie falters in the second half due to weak character development and flashback sequences. Although it offers moments for franchise fans, the magic seen in previous works by director Lokesh Kanagaraj seems somewhat absent. The film’s success will likely be determined by Vijay’s star power and the appeal of the LCU (Leo Cinematic Universe) to the audience.
