In a recent Leo promotional interview, Lokesh revealed his next plans and movies. Reports suggested that the collaboration between acclaimed filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj and pan-India star Prabhas might bring an end to Lokesh’s ambitious Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU).
However, in a recent interview, Lokesh Kanagaraj dismissed these rumors, clarifying that his film with Prabhas would not be the final chapter of the LCU. Instead, he confirmed that it would be a stand-alone project.
Lokesh also revealed that the concluding chapter of the LCU would be “Vikram 2” featuring the legendary actor Kamal Haasan. This announcement put to rest any speculation about Prabhas’s film being tied to the LCU.
Emphasizing the stand-alone nature of the project with Prabhas, Lokesh highlighted his creative freedom. He expressed that this collaboration provided him with an opportunity to step outside the boundaries of the LCU, enabling him to craft a unique and original story for Prabhas.
