There has been a lot of talk lately about the talented music director SS Thaman being removed from Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film, Guntur Kaaram, which is being directed by Trivikram. Although Thaman has only posted cryptic tweets and hasn’t directly clarified anything, the buzz surrounding his removal has only grown stronger. So, how much of this is actually true?

It’s interesting to note that while Thaman has been kept out of Guntur Kaaram, Trivikram is getting ready to announce Allu Arjun’s movie with him as the composer. This begs the question: why would Trivikram choose Thaman for one project and not the other? However, sources inside the movie says that there is no question about Thaman being replaced by another composer for Guntur Kaaram.

The producer has confirmed that “Thaman is very much doing it,” putting an end to the rumors. Thaman’s recent work for Mahesh’s Sarkaaru Vaari Paata has been quite impressive, leaving many wondering why the Superstar would even consider replacing him.
