Project K starring pan-India star Prabhas in the lead role is one of the highly-anticipated movies of the season. Being directed by Nag Ashwin of Mahanati fame, Project K wrapped up a minor schedule a couple of days back.
Meanwhile, in the afternoon hours of July 28th, Project K producer Ashwini Dutt had a media interaction as a part of his soon-to-be-released period love drama, Sita Ramam. On this occasion, when the media asked about Project K, the senior producer revealed a few interesting things about the film.
Project K Shooting Update:
Firstly, when asked whether is graced the pre-release event of Sita Ramam, Ashwini Dutt said that Prabhas is supposed to attend the pre-release event release of Sita Ramam but as left abroad for surgery, he couldn’t come to the event. Revealing the shooting status of Project K, the producer said that the entire shooting formalities for the film will be wrapped up by January 2023.
Project K Release Date Confirmed:
Later, the team will be working on the post-production activities for more than eight months and be ready with the first copy of the film by October 2023. If everything goes smoothly, Project K will be releasing on October 18 or else the release will be in January 2024.
Speaking about the scale of the film, Ashwini Dutt said that the team is aiming to release the film in international markets like China and other foreign markets simultaneous along with the Indian versions.
Expressing his confidence in the film’s output, Ashwini Dutt said that the shooting is underway at a fast pace and the output is coming on a satisfactory note. Along with Prabhas, the roles of Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone will be remembered for a long time, said the senior producer.
