Mega Power Star Ram Charan is set to collaborate with director Sukumar for a new film after Peddi. Tentatively titled RC17, the film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Anirudh Ravichander is expected to compose the music, while reports suggest that Dhurandhar actress Sara Arjun could play the female lead.
Today, reports about the film’s pooja ceremony started circulating on social media. However, while a pooja ceremony did take place, it was not the official launch of the movie.
For quite some time, reports have suggested that the makers had acquired an office for the project. The latest development is that the team has completed the pooja ceremony for a new office specially allocated for the film. Pictures related to the ceremony have gone viral on social media.

Following these developments, Mega fans have started eagerly waiting to know when the official RC17 launch ceremony will take place. Speculation about the film beginning on Dussehra has been doing the rounds for some time. According to the latest buzz, the makers are planning to hold the film’s pooja ceremony on Dussehra. Alternatively, it could take place within a couple of days after the festival. However, the prevailing speculation suggests that RC17 will officially begin around Dussehra.
There are huge expectations surrounding the combination of Ram Charan and Sukumar. The director previously delivered the industry hit Rangasthalam with Charan, and fans are hoping that their upcoming collaboration will achieve even greater success.

Another major talking point is the reported change in music director. Sukumar has frequently collaborated with Devi Sri Prasad, but Anirudh Ravichander is reportedly being considered for this project. With Anirudh currently enjoying significant popularity across the Tamil film industry, the buzz surrounding RC17 has increased further.
It remains to be seen what kind of box-office records Ram Charan and Sukumar will create with their much-anticipated collaboration.
