Looks like Bollywood has kept an eye on our happening star Vijay Deverakonda. Fresh after the remake of 2017 released Vijay’s cult hit, Arjun Reddy in Hindi as Kabir Singh, now yet another film of his is going to Bollywood.
Getting into details, noted filmmaker Rohit Shetty has acquired the remake rights of Vijay Deverakonda’s last year released blockbuster family entertainer, Geetha Govindam. Released amidst good expectations, Geetha Govindam generated more then RS 100 crores gross back then. Presently, Rohit Shetty bus busy with his ongoing film, Sooryavamsham with Akshay Kumar and may focus on Geetha Govindam’s remake version later this year. Will Rohit himself directs the remake version or only limite himself to producing it, is to be known.
On the other hand, top filmmaker Karan Johar has already announced that he will be remaking Vijay Deverakonda’s Dear Comrade in Hindi.
