Tamil actor Siddharth’s action-packed film, Takkar, which was meant to redefine his onscreen image, failed to attract audiences in theaters. However, the film has now locked its OTT release partner and streaming date.

Leading OTT platform Netflix brought Siddharth’s OTT streaming rights and It will be releasing on Netflix from 6th July. Takkar tells the story of a reckless young man’s dream to get rich and his journey with Lucky, a rich girl who faces problems due to her belief that money is the source of all trouble.

The film was written and directed by Karthik G. Krish and stars Divyansha Kaushik, Abhimanyu Singh, Yogi Babu, Munishkanth, and RJ Vigneshkanth in key roles.
