One such film is “Kushi,” which is recently released and generated positive word-of-mouth but failed to make a significant impact in terms of box office collections. Hot Samantha starring Kushi movie reportedly lost around 10 Crores at box office, falling short of high expectations.

Another highly anticipated film featuring Vijay Devarakonda was “Liger.” This is film directed by Puri Jagannadh and released pan India wide. Although it created a buzz among the audience and had high hopes attached to it, The film over all 60 crores loss at box office and its is big disaster in Vijay Devarakonda career.

Similarly, “World Famous Lover” and “Dear Comrade” also added to Vijay Devarakonda’s list of films that couldn’t recover their investments. Despite having considerable pre-release hype and anticipation, these movies loss approximately 21 Crores and 12.5 Crores at box office respectively.

Now he is coming up with another two films which is director by Geetha Govindam fame director Parasuram untitled VD13 under producer Dil Raju productions. Apart from this, he is also working with Gowtam Tinnanuri direction which is coming police gangstar backdrop.
