Lokesh Kanagaraj and Thalapathy Vijay are working on the LEO movie. When they announced this project, they created quite a stir in the box office. Leo movie shooting has been completed, and now the makers are busy with pre-release business deals. Big producer Sitara Entertainments banner brought Leo Tamil theatrical rights for a bigger price.

Sitara Entertainment’s team officially announced through their Twitter handle that the Leo Telugu States rights deal was completed. According to the reports, the production brought Leo rights for a whopping Rs. 20 crore. This is the first movie Sitara Banner is venturing into film distribution.

Leo film is the highest business for Vijay’s career in Tamil Nadu. Typically, Vijay’s films in this region would be sold for around 10–11 crore. Leo is an action thriller featuring Thalapathy Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, and Trisha in the lead roles.

Apart from the lead cast, Leo also has a supporting cast including Gautham Vasudev Menon, Arjun, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Priya Anand. The film is set to release in theaters on October 19, coinciding with the Ayudha Pooja weekend, and features music by Anirudh Ravichander.
