Concept & Emotion
Performances: It goes without saying that Suhas is a fantastic actor. With this film, he makes an even bigger impression. People who dislike him because of his appearance will become fans by the end of the film. He has his own style as an actor and it gets elevated more through ‘Writer Padmabhushan’. Many times throughout the film, his expressions and dialogue delivery make you laugh.
Rohini deserves the most credit after Suhas. You believe that no one can play the mother role better than she can. Her natural acting will captivate you, and the way her character is highlighted at the end is quite effective. Tina Shilparaj, the film’s heroine, is stunning and does an excellent job.
Ashish Vidyarthi is known for playing negative and rough characters, but he did a great job as a middle-class father. With this flick, he demonstrates his versatility. Goparaju Ramana, Sri Gowri Priya, and the actor who played the hero’s friend were all good.
Verdict: The film’s producers have stated unequivocally that it is intended for a family audience. The story is quite captivating and contains all of the emotions such as love, humour, and sentiment, as well as a good message. The director narrates it in an interesting way.
The story is entertaining enough, and it has a nice message that everyone will understand. However, the story begins with a slow-paced narration that may bore some audiences.
Writer Padmabhushan is an engrossing film with a perfect blend of humour and sentiment. The director’s message to the audience is clear, and one will undoubtedly connect with it. Suhas’ performance and the film’s climax are its highlights. With the exception of a brief lag in the first hour, the film has everything it needs to succeed at the box office and is well worth seeing this weekend.
