NTR Surgery Changes Dragon shoot Schedule: Salaar 2 Next?
Jr NTR’s shoulder surgery has put the shooting of Prashanth Neel’s Dragon on a temporary hold, According to the doctors health bulletin the actor must take around two months to recover.
During this gap, Director Prashanth Neel is reportedly planning to continue shooting Dragon portions that don’t require Jr NTR and may also look to begin work on Salaar 2 with Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Around 20% of Salaar 2 is said to be completed, including the childhood portions. The project could resume once Prabhas and Prithviraj’s dates are available.
Prabhas is currently busy shooting with Fauzi and the actor provide almost 30 days dates to complete shooting then he will continue shoot Spirit and Kalki 2 in his lineup. There is also talk that his future schedule could be divided between Salaar 2 and Kalki 2.
Meanwhile, once NTR fully recovers, the Dragon team is expected to accelerate the remaining shoot. If the schedules align, Neel could potentially keep both Dragon and Salaar 2 moving without losing much production time.
For now, the key factor remains NTR’s recovery and the availability of Prabhas and Prithviraj.
