Zombie Reddy is one of the biggest blockbusters in Teja Sajja’s career, and the makers announced the sequel a long time ago. Today, on the occasion of Teja Sajja’s birthday, the makers unveiled the title announcement glimpse of Zombie Reddy 2: NXT LVL.
Prasanth Varma, who launched the franchise in 2021, now takes on the role of creator, while Suparn S Varma steps into the director’s chair. Teja Sajja, who is riding high on the back-to-back successes of HanuMan and Mirai, returns as the lead.
The Zombie Reddy 2: NXT LVL title glimpse unfolds in reverse, opening with a zombie crashing off a flyover before taking viewers into a chaotic battle around the Charminar, where Teja Sajja takes on a horde of zombies with a bat. The glimpse has created a huge buzz on social media and YouTube, garnering millions of views and trending across multiple platforms.
The sequel also boasts an exciting cast, with Kannada superstar Upendra playing a key role and actress Shanaya Kapoor making her Telugu debut. Gowra Hari returns as the music director, blending Telangana folk elements with rock to create a unique zombie-themed soundtrack.
