Bollywood’s muscle hero Salman Khan’s most awaited film Monster is creating a sensation in trade circles even before its release. Produced by popular producer Dil Raju and directed by National Award winner Vamshi Paidipally, the film’s business is generating considerable interest in the Hindi media. With Vamshi Paidipally determined to deliver a blockbuster with his first Hindi film, following in the footsteps of South directors like Atlee and AR Murugadoss in Bollywood, the hype around the project continues to grow.
The biggest highlight regarding the film is that leading exhibition giant PVR INOX has reportedly acquired the all-India distribution rights for a massive ₹110 crore. The deal is said to have been made on a refundable advance structure. Trade sources reveal that the distributors invested such a huge amount due to their immense confidence in the Salman Khan–Vamshi Paidipally combination and the film’s visuals.
Salman Khan is paired opposite South star Nayanthara for the first time in this film, while popular actor Arvind Swamy will be seen in a powerful role. Salman Khan is set to appear in a completely different avatar with never-before-seen action looks. The film is being made as a proper commercial entertainer aimed at strongly appealing to the mass audience.
The highly anticipated action entertainer is being planned for a worldwide theatrical release as a 2027 Eid special. Currently in the shooting stage, the film has already generated significant hype. With this ₹110 crore pre-release business deal, Monster is expected to set new records at the Bollywood box office, according to trade analysts.
