Sun Pictures has revealed on social media that the film ‘Jailer 2’ has collected Rs. 549+ crores collection on its first week at worldwide box office. It has posted that it has become the film with the highest gross collections in the first week in the history of Tamil cinema. Makers released new poster and said, “Record maker and record breaker.. ‘Jailer 2’ is an industry mega blockbuster.” As Allu Arjun said, only Rajinikanth can hit 500+ crores without getting his shirt off . Thalaivar fans are hoping that this film will break more records in the coming days.
‘Jailer 2’ has created a record as the fastest film to enter the Rs 500 crore club in 6 days of its release in Kollywood. It broke the previous record of ‘Leo’ by grossing over Rs 60 crore in 7 days at the Kerala box office. It became the highest-grossing Tamil film there.
